What if we need more then one bartender?
Most events are fine with 1-2 bartenders. Depending on the number of guests you have and how you want your event to flow. We typically recommend having 2 bartenders if your guest count is 120-150 & up. Each additional bartender is $80 for the evening.
Can we have the mobile bar outside & also serve inside our venue?
Yes! We have done this a lot of times where couples want people flowing inside & outside throughout the night. If you hired two bartenders we can accommodate inside & out! Also, we have done just one bartender if a couple just wanted the mobile bar outside for cocktail hour & then our bartender moved inside to serve for the remaining of the event. We can make it work!
Can we move the bar?
Unfortunately not. It takes time to position the bar and then time to completely set everything up & tear down. We would be cutting into your special time doing this and is a lot of work.
Can you decorate our bars to match our event?
Yes! We love decorating and styling our bars, but if you have your own theme or decor/flowers you want to add in- go for it! We love getting creative. If you need help finding a stylist or florist, we know a bunch!
What type of glasses do you serve beverages in?
We use clear elegant plastic cups for all of our packages besides our Sophisticated Package where we can use glass wear.we also use plastic cups for our coffee & drink stations.
Keep in mind- when opting for our glass wear for our Sophisticated Package we are only providing cups for the bar. We do not provide drinking glasses for tables, that can usually be done by your cater.
Do we provide mixers or alcohol?
No we do not provide or sell any alcohol. We also do not provide any mixers due to state regulations.
Do you only do weddings?
No way! We have done birthdays, graduations, anniversary, showers & so much more! Anything you want to celebrate we would be happy to be apart of.
How do we book?
Send us an email or even a message on social media & we can chat more about your date & what you want for your special day. To book your date we just require 50% at time of booking and then the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event date. All deposits are non-refundable.
What if we need to change our date?
We will work with all of our customers if something comes up & your date needs to be changed or pushed back. Your deposit will not be lost and we can transfer it to your new date. We will do everything in our power to accommodate your new date. Please keep in mind we do only have (2) mobile bars & (1) free standing portable bar (currently being built) so just check with us first to make sure we can have one available for your new date!
Are we licensed & insured?
Yes. All of our bartenders are RAMP certified. We have both general and liquor liability insurance and would be happy to work with your venue in providing that information to them.
